There are two ways you can place an order with Iron Aces Speed Shop; Complete the online ordering process or call us directly at (704) 255-1780.

Ordering online is very simple and may be completed in as little as two minutes. When you are currently viewing the product you wish to purchase all you need to do is select the correct product options for your application (ie: size, model, model year, etc.), select the quantity you wish to purchase, then click "Add to Cart".

When you click "Add to Cart" you will be directed to an "Items in Your Cart" page. Here you can view all of the items in your shopping cart. In addition, you can edit your shopping cart by removing item(s), updating item(s) or if you are happy with your selection, simply click "Continue to Checkout". Don't worry, if you aren't done shopping yet, simply click "Continue Shopping".

When you decide to complete your order you will be prompted to complete the "Billing/Shipping Information" forms. If both addresses are the same, simply select "My billing and shipping address are the same" (edit the text online to match), otherwise complete the shipping information. Once complete, click "Continue Checkout".

Next you'll be asked to enter your promo code (if one), select your preferred shipping method and submit payment. You may pay with your choice of American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa. When you've entered all of the correct information, click "Confirm Order & Process Payment".

Congratulations, you have made a purchase with Iron Aces! Now you can print a copy of your receipt online if you wish or whatever you feel like, it's a free country!

Now that your order is confirmed and processed you will immediately receive an email with your order number. This email confirms your payment and billing/shipping information. Shortly you will be receiving a second email with your online receipt.

From here your work is done! We'll ship out your order within 24 hours. However, orders received after 12:00pm EST will be processed the following business day. You will also receive an email with your order tracking number so you always know when to expect your stuff.

Once your order is placed, we'll ship within 24 hours. However, orders received after 2:00pm EST will be processed the following business day. Orders received on Saturday and/or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Please allow 2-6 days for ground shipments. You will also receive an email with your order tracking number so you always know when to expect your stuff.

In the rare instance that a product is out of stock or on back order, we will notify you.

At Iron Aces Speed Shop, we stand behind all of the products and vendors we represent but do recognize that at times there may be a need to return merchandise. Since many of our products are delivered to you directly from the manufacturer please be certain that your order is 100% accurate to avoid restocking fees. If you have questions about fitment please contact us directly.

All returns must be pre-authorized by Iron Aces and within 20 days after delivery receipt. A Return Authorization Number will be provided to you along with procedures on how to complete the return process. All returns must be in their original condition and in its original packaging/container.

Error in Shipping / Damaged Goods
If there is an error in shipment or the shipment was received damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery receipt. When you receive your shipment, please check all boxes for damage before opening them. If there is evidence of tampering or damage, please refuse the shipment or open the box with the shipper present in case needs to be returned and a claim filed. Keep all original containers and all packing materials for return shipment if you do not refuse delivery.

Defective Goods
In the rare instance that you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. You may return items within five (5) business days from delivery receipt, but not thereafter, provided the item(s) is unused or unworn and with its original packaging. Any product returned that is not deemed defective will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds
Refunds will only be allowed when a replacement item is out of stock or has been discontinued. All refunds must be pre-authorized by Iron Aces.

Special Orders
All special order merchandise is non-returnable unless damaged during shipment or is defective. If the merchandise was damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery receipt.

When subscribing to the Friends of Iron Aces newsletter*, you will be asked to provide your first and last name along with email address. The same information is also collected when submitting a comment or question through our Talk to Us form.

*Customers will have the opportunity to opt-in to receive the Friends of Iron Aces newsletter during the checkout process.

How Your Information Is Used

We never use personally identifiable information that you provide us when completing an order without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out. Information collected when completing either Friend of Iron Aces or Talk to Us forms will only be used for those purposes and will never be used for any other reason. In addition, you may opt-out of receiving the Friends of Iron Aces newsletter at any time.

Placing an order
We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
