How Information is Collected
Information is collected in one of three ways;
1) Placing an order
2) Sign-up for the Potato Soup monthly newsletter
3) Submitting a comment or question via our Talk to Us form
Placing an Order
When placing an order, you will be asked to provide your name, billing address, phone number and email address. If your shipping address differs from your billing address, you will also be asked to provide this.
Potato Soup Newsletter / Talk to Us
When subscribing to the Potato Soup newsletter*, you will be asked to provide your first and last name along with email address. The same information is also collected when submitting a comment or question through the Iron Aces Speed Shop Talk to Us form.
*Customers will have the opportunity to opt-in to receive the Potato Soup newsletter during the checkout process.
How Your Information is Used
Information collected when completing either Potato Soup or Talk to Us forms will only be used for those purposes and will never be used for any other reason. In addition, you may opt-out of receiving the Potato Soup newsletter at any time.
Placing an order
Iron Aces use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We use email addresses to answer any emails we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

Information you submit on our website when completing the Talk to Us form will only be used to respond to your question.

At Iron Aces Speed Shop, we stand behind all of the products and vendors we represent but do recognize that at times there may be a need to return merchandise. Since many our products are delivered to you directly from the manufacturer please be certain that your order is 100% accurate to avoid disappointment and additional fees from them. If you have questions about fitment please contact us directly.
All returns must be pre-authorized by Iron Aces and within 20 days after delivery receipt. A Return Authorization Number will be provided to you along with procedures on how to complete the return process. All returns must be in their original condition and in its original packaging/container. Shipping costs on all returns will be the responsibility of the customer. A restocking fee of up to 25% may be applied. Products may not be returned once they have been installed.
Error in Shipping / Damaged Goods
If there is an error in shipment or the shipment was received damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery receipt. When you receive your shipment, please check all boxes for damage before opening them. If there is evidence of tampering or damage, please refuse the shipment or open the box with the shipper present in case needs to be returned and a claim filed. Keep all original containers and all packing materials for return shipment if you do not refuse delivery.
Defective Goods
In the rare instance that you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. You may return items within five (5) business days from delivery receipt, but not thereafter, provided the item(s) is unused or unworn and with its original packaging. Any product returned that is not deemed defective will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
Price Protection
In the instance that an item has been discounted within seven (7) days following original purchase, Iron Aces Speed Shop will honor the discounted pricing by providing an in-store credit that may be used towards your next purchase.
Refunds
Refunds will only be allowed when a replacement item is out of stock or has been discontinued. All refunds must be pre-authorized by Iron Aces. Shipping costs on all refunds will be the responsibility of the customer.
Special Orders
All special order merchandise is non-returnable unless damaged during shipment or is defective. If the merchandise was damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery receipt.
Wheel Orders
All wheels sales are final. Exceptions include damaged wheels or incorrect item(s) received. In the event of a return under these exceptions, no parts will be accepted freight collect. Customer assumes responsibility for value of parts shipped back to Iron Aces Speed Shop. No parts will be accepted without prior authorization. No parts will be accepted after they have been mounted on the bike or have had a tire mounted. A restocking fee of up to 25% may be applied.
Exhaust Orders
Exhaust systems (headpipes and/or mufflers) may only be returned for defects during the manufacturing process. Exhaust systems may not be returned once they have been installed. Discoloration or bluing of exhaust systems is caused by improper tuning or overheating, not by defective manufacturing and therefore is not covered under warranty. There are no refunds on exhaust systems, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
