Iron Aces Speed Shop offers free shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. We do charge shipping on all international orders. To receive a shipping quote, please contact us using our Contact Us form. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail International.
At Iron Aces Speed Shop, we stand behind all of the products and vendors we represent but do recognize that at times there may be a need to return merchandise. Since many of our products are delivered to you directly from the manufacturer please be certain that your order is 100% accurate to avoid restocking fees. All returns must be pre-authorized by Iron Aces and within 10 days after delivery receipt. A Return Authorization Number will be provided to you along with procedures on how to complete the return process. All returns must be in their original condition and in its original packaging/container.
If there is an error in shipment or the shipment was received damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery receipt. When you receive your shipment, please check all boxes for damage before opening them. If there is evidence of tampering or damage, please refuse the shipment or open the box with the shipper present in case needs to be returned and a claim filed. Keep all original containers and all packing materials for return shipment if you do not refuse delivery.
In the rare instance that you receive a defective product, please Contact Us immediately. You may return items within five (5) business days from delivery receipt, but not thereafter, provided the item(s) is unused or unworn and with its original packaging. Any product returned that is not deemed defective will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Refunds will only be allowed when a replacement item is out of stock or has been discontinued. All refunds must be pre-authorized by Iron Aces.
All special order merchandise is non-returnable unless damaged during shipment or is defective. If the merchandise was damaged during shipping, you must Contact Us within 24 hours of delivery receipt.
