At Iron Aces Speed Shop, we stand behind all of the products we offer and the vendors we represent but do recognize that at times there may be a need to return merchandise. To avoid disappointment and/or additional fees, please be sure your order is 100% accurate. If you have questions and/or concerns about fitment please contact us directly at (704) 255-1780.
All returns must be pre-authorized by Iron Aces Speed Shop within 10 days of delivery receipt. A Return Authorization Number will be provided to you along with procedures on how to complete the return process. All returns must be in its original condition and original packaging / container. Shipping costs on all returns will be the responsibility of the customer, items will not be accepted freight collect. A restocking fee of up to 25% may be applied if the product is deemed un-sellable as brand new in its returned condition. Products may not be returned once they have been installed; no exceptions.
Refunds will only be allowed when a replacement item is back ordered or has been discontinued. All refunds must be pre-authorized by Iron Aces Speed Shop. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. In addition, items returned for reasons other than being deemed defective will have a 3% surcharge off the original purchase amount to cover bank fees incurred for processing the refund.
If there is an error in shipment or the shipment was received damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery receipt. When you receive your shipment, please check all boxes for damage before opening them. If there is evidence of tampering and/or damage, please refuse the shipment or open the box with the shipper present in case needs to be returned and a claim filed. Keep all original containers and all packing materials for return shipment if you do not refuse delivery.
In the rare instance that you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. You may return defective items within five (5) business days from delivery receipt, but not thereafter, provided the item(s) has not been installed and is with its original packaging. Any product returned that is not deemed defective will be charged a 25% restocking fee; no exceptions.
In the instance that an item has been discounted within seven (7) days following the original purchase date, Iron Aces Speed Shop will honor the discounted pricing by providing an in-store credit.
All special order merchandise is non-returnable unless damaged during shipping or if the product is deemed defective. If the merchandise is damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery receipt.
All wheel / rotor / belt pulley orders are final. Exceptions include damaged wheel(s) / rotor(s) / belt pulley(s) or incorrect item(s) received. In the event of a return under these exceptions, the customer assumes responsibility for return shipping to Iron Aces Speed Shop, items will not be accepted freight collect. No parts will be accepted without prior authorization. No wheels will be accepted after they have been mounted on the bike or have had a tire mounted.
Exhaust systems (headpipes and/or slip-ons) may be returned for defects during the manufacturing process only. Exhaust systems may not be returned once they have been installed. Discoloration or bluing of exhaust systems is caused by improper tuning or overheating, not by defective manufacturing and therefore is not covered under warranty. Due to the many variables that contribute to overall performance of any exhaust system (ie: fuel management system used, dyno operator, other performance modifications, etc.), there are no refunds on exhaust systems or any associated fees (ie: dyno time) for any reason.
